James started as an apprentice for a local high end decorating company in 2012 where he learned the skills behind decorating and what it takes to achieve a flawless finish. Since completing his apprenticeship in 2014 he has worked for various businesses and homeowners before forming The Wright Way Painters & Decorators in 2018.
James carries out the estimates and site surveys.
Since joining The Wright Way James has advanced his skills with completing the Repair Care course which he is now an Approved and accredited installer of the repair care system.
When Holli is not working on the decorating side of the business you can find her in the office dealing with customer enquiries and managing the marketing ensuring all of our social media and adverts are up to date.
