James Wright, Managing Director at The Wright Way
James started as an apprentice for a local high end decorating company in 2012 where he learned the skills behind decorating and what it takes to achieve a flawless finish. Since completing his apprenticeship in 2014 he has worked for various businesses and homeowners before forming The Wright Way Painters & Decorators in 2018.
Josh, Decorator
Josh completed his apprenticeship with a local building company in 2014, who he stayed on with before joining The Wright Way. Josh has completed kitchen respraying courses and is now carrying out kitchen resprays to a high standard.
Holli, Administration
James trained Holli ensuring all the decorative finishes she produces are always up to the highest standards.
When Holli is not working on the decorating side of the business you can find her in the office dealing with customer enquiries and managing the marketing ensuring all of our social media and adverts are up to date.
James, Decorator
James previously worked for a local building company carrying out and completing the decoration jobs. Since joining The Wright Way James has worked along side Josh completing numerous external and internal redecorations.
